Domestic US Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 business day of placement. Packages are generally dropped off at the Post Office by 4 PM, including all orders placed before noon the same day. Orders placed after noon are shipped the following business day.

We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays. Any order placed after 12 pm PST on Saturday, or over the weekend, will not be processed until the next available working day (usually Monday).

Signature required: Orders of $200 or more require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available during the day, we recommend shipping to your workplace or providing a delivery instruction to leave the package with a trusted neighbor. If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, your parcel will be held at your local post office for pickup or redelivery.

Important: TJ Supply is not responsible for covering your country's import duties, taxes, or customs fees. All international orders are final — no returns or exchanges on internationally delivered items.

Country Restrictions

Some countries have restrictions or special requirements for importing dietary supplements. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. If your country has import restrictions that prevent delivery, we are not able to issue a refund for internationally placed orders.

International Tracking

Tracking is available for most international destinations. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system before checking your shipment status.

TJ Supply follows USPS guidelines and disclaimers. We are not liable for the following situations:

Delayed Shipments

We will make our best effort to deliver according to regular delivery schedules. USPS and their agents are not liable for any losses or damages caused by delays, even if they are our fault, in picking up, transporting, or delivering a shipment.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable if a shipment is lost, misdelivered, damaged, or delayed due to: terrorist activity; strikes; labor actions; acts of God (earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood); force majeure (war, plane crash, embargo); import/export clearance delays; defect or characteristic of the shipment; or any action or omission by anyone outside USPS or their agents, including the sender, recipient, customs or government officials, or other carriers.

Consequential Damages

We are not liable for consequential or special damages or loss, other indirect loss, or breach of other contracts. This includes but is not limited to loss of income, profit, interest, markets, or use of contents, whether arising in contract or any other form of civil action.

Extent of Our Liability

We make no warranties, express or implied. Our liability for a shipment not delivered per the Money-Back Guarantee is limited to a refund of the postage paid. Unless additional insurance is purchased, our liability for a lost or damaged shipment is limited to the lowest of US $100, the actual amount of loss, or the actual value of allowable contents at time of acceptance.

False Statements & Right to Inspect

Submission of a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5–8 years (18 USC Sec. 1001) and/or a civil penalty of up to US $5,000 plus twice the amount falsely claimed (31 USC Sec. 3802). Non-document shipments may be opened and inspected at our option or at the request of governmental authorities at any time.

Processing Overview

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Here is the typical sequence:

  • Orders placed before 12 pm PST Monday–Friday ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm PST ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed Saturday after 12 pm PST, Sunday, or a bank holiday ship the next available business day (usually Monday).
  • Express Mail orders are sent out the following business day regardless of time of placement.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TJ Supply within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your original item purchase price. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover return shipping costs. Email us at clientsupport@tjsupply.com and we will guide you through the process and supply a prepaid return mailing label.

Note: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for all other returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items That Are Not Returnable

TJ Supply does not accept returns of the following:

  • Any opened product
  • Items returned after 90 days of receipt of shipment
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any internationally delivered item (all international orders are final)

Calculating Your Refund

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Unopened item returned within 30 days of delivery: 100% refund of item price.
  • Unopened item in original condition returned 31–90 days after delivery: 80% of item price.
  • Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: no refund.

If you return an item using our prepaid return label and the reason is not our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Receiving a Refund

We process refunds after we receive and inspect your return. Expected timeframe from the moment you give your package to the return shipper:

  • 1 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 2 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return
  • 3 Your bank's processing time to post the refund to your account (typically 2–5 business days)

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. In many cases refunds are issued more quickly than the timeline above.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to request a replacement.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, return the original item (you will be refunded once we receive it) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not need to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note it takes us 3–5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Do not include items from other orders in the same return box — each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

  • Our store is powered by Ecwid, a PCI DSS-compliant e-commerce platform. Your card data is processed and stored by Ecwid — TJ Supply never sees or stores your full card number.

  • Our website is hosted behind Cloudflare, which provides additional security filtering and DDoS protection.
