If your healthcare practitioner disagrees with this type of supplementation for your situation, follow your doctor. We'll refund unopened orders within 30 days of delivery. This has been our rule for 25 years.
When customers call TJ Supply asking about dosage or whether our products are right for them, we don't give medical advice. We're not doctors. We tell them to consult with their healthcare practitioner first.
This is the part most supplement companies put in fine print at the bottom of a page. For us, it's a real policy we've operated under since 2000.
Many customers have called us after we've shipped their order, sometimes weeks after. They tell us their doctor reviewed the supplement and didn't agree with this type of supplementation for their specific situation. They ask what to do.
Our answer has been the same for 25 years:
If you'd like to return the order, we refund the full purchase price. You only cover the original shipping cost. We don't ask why. We don't try to talk you out of it. We process the refund — for unopened product, within 30 days of delivery.
We've never bent this rule and we don't plan to start.
Simple, no questions, no scripts. Here's exactly what happens.
Call us at (800) 811-3965 or email b17@tjsupply.com. The refund policy applies within 30 days of when your order was delivered. You don't need to explain or justify the decision — simply mention that your doctor has advised against this supplementation and that you'd like to return the order.
We confirm your order details and process the refund. The only deduction is the original shipping cost — the cost we paid to send the order to you. The product cost is fully refunded.
Refunds apply to unopened product only. Ship it back to us at your expense. We do not accept opened product for return — this is a consistent policy that protects product integrity and complies with dietary supplement handling standards.
Refund appears on the original payment method. We don't issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
A recognition that your doctor knows you, your medical history, and your current health situation. We don't. When their judgment conflicts with our product, theirs is the one that should guide your decision.
A statement that our products work or don't work. We make no medical claims about apricot seed extract. This policy isn't an admission of weakness in the product — it's recognition that medical decisions belong between you and your doctor.
A 25-year operating policy with no exceptions and no retention scripts, applied within a reasonable time after delivery. We've kept this rule consistent since TJ Supply opened in 2000.
A return policy for opened, used, or expired product. Like most reputable dietary supplement suppliers, we cannot accept product that has been opened, used, or kept beyond reasonable timeframes. This is consistent with industry standards for supplement handling.
An invitation to consult your doctor before and after purchase, applied within 30 days of delivery. That window is long enough for any reasonable consultation. We'd rather you consult your doctor first — and keep the product unopened until then.
A retroactive refund policy for purchases from months or years ago. The policy applies in good faith, within reasonable timing after delivery — not as a way to recover costs from old or expired purchases.
Contact us directly. No forms to fill out, no automated systems. A real person from our team will help you process the refund.
